This ongoing series comprises paintings of people in the uniforms or outfits they once wore. They have all quit their previous occupations and are doing something else now. Here they are put back in their prior selves - as they no longer are. It's interesting to see how other people regard these images, judge the subjects and assume things about them from what they are shown wearing. Sometimes the subjects themselves find the experience of stepping back into their previous life nostalgic and reminiscent, but also regretful, awkward and uncomfortable.
